48V Redundant Power System for 5G Small Cells

A Southeast Asian carrier needed a compact 48V/20A power system for 12,000 pole-mounted small cell sites. The units had to survive continuous operation at 50 C ambient with 95% relative humidity, and provide N+1 redundancy with hot-swap capability.

We adapted our NDR series platform with conformal coating, extended-temperature capacitors, and a custom DIN rail bracket. First articles shipped in 7 weeks; full production delivered over 14 months with zero field failures in the first year of deployment.

A Dutch horticultural equipment integrator required 3,500 constant-current LED drivers with 0-10V dimming, IP67 rating, and THD below 15% to avoid interference with their sensor network.
