Quotations provided through this Site or via email are valid for 30 calendar days unless otherwise stated. Accepted orders are subject to product availability and credit approval. Standard lead times are estimates and MeanWell shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, product designs, datasheets, and software, is the property of MeanWell or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may download product datasheets for evaluation purposes only.
MeanWell standard products carry a 5-year limited warranty from the date of shipment. Custom OEM products carry a warranty period as specified in the applicable purchase agreement. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or operation outside published specifications.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MeanWell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations when purchasing or distributing MeanWell products. Certain products may require export licenses or may be subject to end-use restrictions.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, R.O.C., without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court.
